I like that there is a screw top cap - keeping it fresh and no spilling before use. The tip with the holes in it worked good and I had no issues while using this. I am able to smell the tea tree oil when I smelled the bottle before using. I love Colloidal Silver and this combination is very well thought out. This wouldn't be the type of thing that you would want to do everyday...usually only once in a while as needed. I am happy with this product and it seemed to do a good job and worked just as listed. "I waited to use this until I had reason to, nothing urgent, but every so often I get just a general feeling of irritation down there, inside and out. I was really, really happy with the results. It even felt soothing as the solution was flowing in. There was no leakage and the application was simple and comfortable. I probably even could have used half the solution, removed and washed the nozzle and put the cap back on the contents and saved the rest for another time, but it felt so good and had an instant, marvelous, soothing and calming effect.
